头针联合康复训练对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿近期预后的影响

目的 探讨头针联合康复训练对缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿近期预后的影响.方法 选择2014年1月至2016年3月期间惠州市第一妇幼保健院收治的HIE患儿72例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组36例,对照组患儿予常规康复训练治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上联合头针疗法,疗程均为90 d.比较两组患儿治疗前后的智能发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)的变化.结果 治疗后,观察组与对照组患儿的PDI及MDI评分分别为(43.56±12.34)分、(62.39±15.28)分和(33.98±11.14)分、(43.52±10.34)分,均较治疗前的(25.17±11.48)分、(34.81±9.68)分和(26.15±9.53)分、(35.13±12.26)分明显升高,且观察组患儿的PDI及MDI均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 头针联合康复训练可以促进缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智力、运动的发育,对患儿预后的改善有利.

Influence of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the short-term prognosis of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the short-term prognosis of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods A total of 72 children with HIE, who admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016, were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group were treated with additional acupuncture treatment based on routine rehabilitation. The treatment course was 90 days. The changes of intelligence development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After the treatment, the PDI and MDI in the observation group and the control group were respectively (43.56± 12.34), (62.39 ± 15.28) and (33.98 ± 11.14), (43.52 ± 10.34), which were significantly higher than corresponding (25.17 ± 11.48), (34.81 ± 9.68) and (26.15 ± 9.53), (35.13 ± 12.26) in the two groups before treatment (P<0.05). The PDI and MDI of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Scalp acu-puncture combined with rehabilitation training can promote the mental and motor development of children with HIE, which is beneficial to improve the prognosis.
