COOK双球囊联合缩宫素在宫颈不成熟足月引产中的应用

目的 探讨COOK双球囊联合缩宫素在宫颈不成熟足月引产中的应用效果.方法 选择2015年3月至2016年12月期间我院妇产科收治的足月引产者60例为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组患者给予静脉滴注缩宫素法,观察组给予COOK双球囊联合静脉滴注缩宫素法,比较两组患者促宫颈成熟及妊娠结局情况.结果 观察组患者促宫颈成熟有效率为86.87%,明显高于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的宫颈Bishop评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的宫颈Bishop评分为(8.12±3.49)分,较治疗前的(4.28±1.51)分明显提高,且高于对照组的(5.83±2.01)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总产程为(10.25±1.52)h,明显短于对照组的(14.91±2.53)h,阴道分娩率为76.67%,明显高于对照组的46.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 COOK双球囊联合缩宫素应用于宫颈不成熟足月引产可以有效起到促宫颈成熟的作用,进而缩短产程,提高引产成功率.

Application effect of COOK double balloon combined with oxytocin in cervical immature induced labor in full-term pregnancy

Objective To investigate the application effect of COOK double balloon combined with oxytocin in cervical immature induced labor in full-term pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 cases of full-term pregnant women in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects. According to the random num-ber table, the patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The control group was given intravenous injection of oxytocin, and the observation group received COOK double balloon combined with intravenous injection of oxytocin. The cervical ripening and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were com-pared. Results The cervical ripening rate in observation group was 86.87%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (50.00%), P<0.05. After treatment, there was no significant difference in the control group in the cervical Bishop score before and after treatment (P>0.05). The cervical Bishop score in observation group was (8.12 ± 3.49), which was significantly higher than (4.28±1.51) before treatment, and higher than that in the control group (5.83±2.01), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The total production process in observation group was (10.25 ± 1.52) h, which was significantly shorter than that in control group (14.91 ± 2.53) h, and the rate of vaginal delivery was 76.67%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (46.67%), P<0.05. Conclusion Application of COOK double balloon in cervical immature induced labor can effectively promote the cervical ripening, shorten the labor process, and improve the success rate of induction of labor.
