儿童原发性小肠淋巴瘤的CT表现

目的 探讨儿童原发性小肠恶性淋巴瘤的CT特征,旨在提高影像诊断的准确率.方法 收集西安市儿童医院经手术病理及免疫组化证实的原发性小肠恶性淋巴瘤37例,对其CT特征和临床资料进行回顾性分析.所有病例术前均行CT平扫和增强扫描.结果 37例原发性小肠恶性淋巴瘤中16例肠管动脉瘤样扩张,13例肠壁局限或弥漫性增厚,5例表现为肿块,3例肠系膜淋巴结肿大.结论 儿童原发性小肠淋巴瘤的CT表现有一定特征性,对诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值.

CT features of primary small intestinal lymphoma in children

Objective To explore the computed tomography (CT) features of primary small intestinal lympho-ma in children, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate and further provide evidence for clinical treatment. Methods The CT features and clinical data of 37 cases with primary small intestinal lymphoma who confirmed by sur-gicalpathology and immunohistochemistry were retrospectively analyzed. All cases underwent plain and enhanced CT scanning examination before operation. Results Among 37 cases of primary small intestinal malignant lymphoma, there were aneurysmal dilatation of the intestine in 16 cases, localized or diffuse thickening of the intestinal wall in 13 cases, mass in 5 cases, and mesenteric lymph node enlargement in 3 cases. Conclusion CT features of primary small intestinal lymphoma in children have some characteristics, which has great value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
