重型颅脑损伤患者不同时机高压氧治疗观察

目的：探讨不同时机高压氧（HBO）治疗重型颅脑损伤（STBI）的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年至2010年高压氧治疗≥30次的STBI患者171例，按开始HBO治疗的时间不同，将患者分为A组（≤15d）、B组（16—30d）、c组（〉30d），观察三组格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）和疗效的变化。结果：治疗后A组的GCS评分和疗效明显提高，与B组比较，差异显著（P〈0．05）；与C组比较，差异非常显著（P〈0．01），均有统计学意义。结论：早期高压氧治疗STBI的效果好，越早开始HBO治疗效果越好。STBI患者应尽早行HBO治疗。

The Observation of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Patients with Severe Traumatic Brain Injury at Different Time

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen （ HBO ） treatment at different time on severe traumatic brain injury （STBI）. Methods：The clinical data of patients with STBI was retrospectively analyzed from 2007 to 2010 in our hospital. 171 patients were divided into group A（≤15d ） ,group B （ 16-30d ）, group C （〉30d） according to beginning time of HBO treatment. And then evaluated the changes of Glasgow coma scores （ GCS ） and clinical efficicacy among three groups. Results： After treatment, GCS and clinical efficicacy of group A significantly increased compared to group B （ P〈0. 05, P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of HBO in treatting STBI patients in early time is significant. The earlier , the better efficiency. The STBI patients should be treated with early HBO.
