乳腺癌改良根治手术并发症原因分析及预防对策

目的：对乳腺癌手术常见并发症进行分析,探讨发生原因及预防对策,降低乳腺癌手术相关并发症的发生率。方法：对我院自2009年1月至2012年5月收治的158例乳腺癌手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。158例均行改良根治术治疗,统计术后相关并发症情况,探讨预防并发症的对策。结果：本组158例患者术后发生并发症共计45例次,发生率为28.5%。其中出血8例次,皮瓣坏死15例次,皮下积液11例次,上肢淋巴水肿4例次,腋窝血管、神经损伤7例次。结论：乳腺癌手术相关并发症较常见,与术前准备不足、术中操作损伤、术后护理不妥等有关,针对具体原因进行提高护理配合及预防措施有利于降低术后并发症的发生率,对提高乳腺癌手术疗效、改善患者预后具有重要价值。

Reason Analysis and Preventive Measures on Complications of Breast Cancer Operation

Objective： To analyze the common complications of breast cancer operation,and to observe the reasons and preventive measures for reducing the incidence rat of complications relating to breast cancer operation.Methods： The clinical data of 158 patients with breast cancer operation treated in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients received radical mastectomy treatment.The condition of relevant complications was censused,and the countermeasures preventing from the complications was observed.Results： In 158 patients,there were 45 patients with complications after operation,the incidence rate was 28.5%.There were 8 patients with bleeding,15 patients with skin flap necrosis,11 patients with scalp hydrops,4 patients with upper limb lymphedema,7 patients with armpit vascular and nerve injury.Conclusion： The complications relating to breast cancer operation is common and has relation with insufficient preparation before operation,operation damage in operation,bad nurse after operation,Improving nursing cooperation and preventive measures for concrete reasons is conductive to reducing the incidence rate of complications after operation,and has important value on improving the clinical efficacy of breast cancer operation and improving the prognosis of patients.
