弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架修复无牙颌患者的临床观察

目的：观察弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架修复无牙颌患者的临床疗效。方法：对240例无牙颌患者进行分组治疗，观察组给予弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架制作全口义齿，对照组给予传统热固化型基托材料制作全口义齿修复。观察两组患者治疗有效率、戴用义齿后恢复正常发音所需的平均天数以及咀嚼效能，同时对患者发放调查问卷，观察患者对美观度、舒适度、固位功能、语音功能以及咀嚼功能等满意程度。结果：观察组治疗有效率为95．83％，高于对照组的85．83％（P〈0．05）。观察组患者对治疗后美观度、舒适度、固位功能、语音功能以及咀嚼功能等，均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。在恢复正常发音所需的平均zK．~vXJ2．o_g_嚼效能方面，观察组亦优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：弹性义齿联合铸造金属支架修复无牙颌患者的临床作用明显，可以短时间改善发音，提高咀嚼效能，同时提高患者满意度。

Clinical Observation on Elastic Denture with Casting Metal Stent in the Treatment of Edentulous Patients

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of elastic denture with casting metal stent in the treatment of edentulous patients. Methods：240 cases with edentulous were divided into two groups,observation group was given elastic denture with casting metal stent fabrication of complete denture, control group was given traditional manufacture complete dentures heat-curing denture base material. The patients of twogroups were observed the efficiency, average days of wearing dentures after the return to normal pronunciation and the mastieatory efficiency, at the same time, carrede out questionnaires, observed patients on appearance, comfort, retention function, speech function and masticatory function satisfaction. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 95.83% , Which was higher than 85.83% in control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Patients in the observation group after treatment, appearance of comfort, retention function, speech function and masticatory function, were significantly better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）. In the average number of days to restore normal pronunciation and the masticatory efficiency,observation group were superior to that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conchusion： The clinical effect of elastic denture with casting metal stent in the treatment of edentulous patients with obvious improvement in a short period of time, can improve the masticatory efficiency, pronunciation, and improve patient satisfaction.
