激素联合根除幽门螺杆菌与单独应用强的松治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效比较

目的：探讨比较激素联合根除幽门螺杆菌与单独应用强的松在治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（rrP）方面的临床疗效。方法：选择106例Hp阳性的ITP患者，随机平均分为两组，研究组（53例）给予激素联合根除幽门螺杆菌治疗，对照组（53例）单独给予强的松治疗，比较两组治疗的临床疗效和复发率，并评价安全性。结果：研究组治疗的总有效率为90．6％，显著高于对照组60．4％，统计学有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。随访1年，研究组复发率为11．4％，显著低于对照组37．8％，统计学有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：激素联合根除幽门螺杆菌在治疗ITP方面临床疗效确切，安全可靠，远期复发率低，值得临床推广和普及。

The Clinical Comparison of Hormone Combined with Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori and Separate Prednisone in Treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of hormone combined with eradication of helicobacter pylori and prednisone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenie purpura （ ITP ）. Method： 106 patients with ITP of Hp positive were randomly divided into two groups, the study group （53 cases） was given the hormone combined with eradication of helicobaeter pylori while, the control group （53 cases） was given prednisone, the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared and evaluated the safety. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 90.6%, significantly higher than the control group （ 60.4% ） （P〈0.05）. All of the patients were followed up for 1 year, the recurrence of the study group was 11.4% ,It was significantly lower than the control group （37.8%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Hormone combined with eradication of helicobacter pylori in the treatment of ITP has good clinical efficacy, and it is safety and reliable, the long-term recurrence rate is low, which is worth to be promoted.
