| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鼻腔手术后患者应用无痛自膨胀海绵止血的效果及对睡眠的影响。方法：对380例鼻腔手术患者进行临床密切观察,并作分析。结果：凡使用无痛膨胀海绵止血的患者疼痛轻、溢泪少,晚间能安静睡眠。结论：使用膨胀海绵止血可提高患者睡眠质量,值得耳鼻喉科临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of the painless self-swelled sponge on patients sleep after nasal cavity operation.Method： 380 patients who suffered operation of nasal cavity were closely observed.Result： All the patients hemostasis with painless self-swelled sponge after operation can sleep well during the night with mild ache and less tear.Conclusions： Emostasis with painless self-swelled sponge can improve the sleep quality of the patients after nasal cavity operation which worth clinically use widely. |
