西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑治疗难治性强迫症患者的疗效观察

目的：探讨西酞普兰与阿立哌唑治疗难治性强迫症的疗效和不良反应。方法：将难治性强迫症患者64例随机分为两组,Ⅰ组西酞普兰加阿立哌唑组及Ⅱ组西酞普兰加安慰剂组,治疗8周。采用强迫症量表（Y-BOCS）和不良反应量表（TESS）评价疗效及不良反应。结果：西酞普兰治疗后显著改善强迫症状,西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑也能显著改善强迫症状,后者改善效果更好;两组不良反应轻微。结论：西酞普兰联合阿立哌唑较单用西酞普兰的抗强迫效果更好,安全性高,不良反应轻微,依从性好。西酞普兰适用于难治性强迫症。

Comparative Study of Citalopram and Aripiprazole in Treatment of Patients with Refractory Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

Objective： To compare the efficacy and side effect of aripiprazole and clomipramine in the treatment of patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）.Method： Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups,groupⅠtreated with aripiprazole and clomipramine and groupⅡtreated with placebo and clomipramine respectively for 8 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were monitored with clinical evaluation,Yale-Brown obsessive compulsive scale（Y-BOCS） and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS）.Result： Patients both received citalopram and citalopram with aripiprazole.There＇s significant improvement by Y-BOCS scores after treatment,while the combination group showed a better outcome.There was no significant difference in TESS evaluation between two groups.Conclusion： Citalopram with aripiprazole is safe;with slighter side reaction and better compliance.Citalopram is a more suitable drug for patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder（OCD）.
