早期胃癌次全切除术中完全与部分网膜切除的疗效比较

目的：探讨早期胃癌次全切除术中完全与部分网膜切除的疗效比较。方法：收集本院52例开放性远端胃次全切除术的早期胃癌患者,分别行网膜部分切除（n=30）及网膜全切除术（n=22）,比较两组手术时间、术后出血、术前及术后血清白蛋白水平、术后住院时间等手术情况。结果：两组术中出血、术前白蛋白无统计学差异。网膜部分切除组手术时间显著低于网膜全切组,术后血清白蛋白水平显著高于网膜全切组。两组合并症无统计学差异。术后随访两组患者1年,未出现1例患者死亡。结论：早期胃癌患者行开放性远端胃次全切除术中采取网膜部分切除可使手术时间缩短,住院时间短,术后血清白蛋白水平更接近于术前,临床效果优于网膜全切术。

Efficacy in Completely or Part of the Omentum Resection in Subtotal Resection of early Gastric Cancer Surgery

Objective： To investigate the comparison of efficacy in completely or part of the omentum resection in the early gastric subtotal resection.Method： 52 cases of early gastric cancer by open distal stomach subtotal hysterectomy were collected and underwent partial omental resection（n = 30） and omental total resection（n = 22）.The operative time,postoperative bleeding,serum albumin before and after surgery,postoperative hospital stay situation were compared.Result： There＇s no significant different in blood loss and preoperative albumin.Operative time was significantly lower in omentum partial-cut group than that in the omentum full-cut group.The postoperative serum albumin levels were significantly higher in omental partialcut group.There＇s no significant difference in complications of two groups.The two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year,There＇s no death case.Conclusion： Patients with early gastric cancer who underwent open distal stomach subtotal hysterectomy to take the omentum resection could shorten the operation time,shorten hospital stay,and postoperative serum albumin level were closer to the preoperative,which demonstrated a better clinical effect than omentum full resection.
