| 摘 要： | 目的利用具有高纤溶酶活性的地衣芽孢杆菌C213发酵炮制中药红花以增强整体溶血栓药效的研究。方法应用系统数值化及数值系统调控技术对发酵炮制条件进行优化,用角叉菜胶法进行了小鼠尾部血栓实验及测定了大鼠纤溶及凝血指标。结果在同等剂量下(1000U·mL-1)A红发组(红花与C213共发酵组)比其余各组均有缩短血栓长度(P<0.01);明显延长凝血酶原时间(PT)(P<0.05)、凝血酶时间(TT)(P<0.05)和活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)(P<0.01);显著缩短优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT)(P<0.01)的作用。结论红花通过C213菌种发酵炮制后可提高纤溶活性、抗凝作用,增强溶血栓药效。

| Abstract: | A processing method to enhance thrombolytic effect of Carthamus tinctorius using a fermentation technology with bacillus sp. C2-13 was investigated. The fibrinolysis and anticoagulation activity of thrombolytic extracts from an optimized fermentation process was studied using a carrageenan induced mice model. The fermented extracts resulted in significantly better thrombolytic activity, suggesting that the process was promising for use in the study and preparation of nature medicines. |
