| 摘 要： | 自发性脊髓硬脊膜外血肿并不常见。与其有关的神经系统损害发展迅速，需及时处理。本文报道1例足月妊娠伴脊髓胸段自发性硬脊膜外血肿的病例。

| Abstract: | Spontaneous spinal epidural hematomas are uncommon ssive neurologic deficits that are associated with epidural hematomas can develop rapidly and require prompt treatment. We present a case of spontaneous epidural hematoma of the thoracic spine that complicated a term pregnancy. |
