复方丹参气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的:观察复方丹参气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例应用复方丹参气雾剂,对照组40例应用硝酸异山梨酯片。7d1个疗程。结束后对心绞痛、心电图的近期疗效、速效作用、起效时间及副作用等进行评定。结果:治疗组与对照组对心绞痛、心电图的近期疗效总有效率分别是92.25%、85.00%和70.00%、50.00%,2组比较无显著性差异(P<0.05);速效作用为95.00%、30.00%;起效时间为(3.24±1.37)、(3.41±1.36)。治疗组用药后未见不良反应。治疗组心绞痛的近期疗效、速效作用、对重度心绞痛的疗效、不稳定型心绞痛的效果等各项指标评价均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方丹参气雾剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的近期疗效较好,是治疗心绞痛的理想药物,具有广阔的市场前景。

Observation of Clinical Effect of Compounds Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Aerosolon the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Anginal Pectoris

Objective:To observe the effect of Compounds Radix salviae miltiorrhizae Aerosol on the treatment of coronary heart disease anginal pectoris.Metheds:80patients with coronary heart disease anginal pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.In treatment group(n=40)Compounds Radix salviae miltiorrizae Aerosal was taken sublingually.three times every day.In Control group(n=40)nitroglycerin pill was applied.Two groups are a Course of treatment in seven days.results The total effective rate was significant higher in treatment group(92.25%,85.00%)compared with those in control group(70.00%,50.00%.P<0.05)Conclusion:effect of Compounds Radix salviae miltiorrhizae Aerosol on the treatment of coronary heart disease anginal pectoris was better than those of control group’s.It is the ideal way to treatment the angina pectoris.
