长期饮酒大鼠缺血脑组织Fas-L抗原表达的动态研究

目的 研究长期饮酒大鼠局灶性脑缺血后Fas—L抗原在各时间段的表达与正常大鼠脑缺血同一时间段有何不同。方法 7．2％酒精代水自由饮用12周的大鼠用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血模型，用免疫组织化学法测定Fas—L抗原表达阳性细胞。结果 长期饮酒组大鼠缺血1h Fas—L抗原呈阳性，3h达高峰，6h减少，而正常组大鼠Fas—L阳性表达随缺血时间增加而出现增多的趋势。结论 长期饮酒大鼠在脑缺血后Fas—L的表达比正常大鼠脑缺血明显，且促使凋亡细胞迅速坏死。

Dynamic study of Fas-L antigen expression in cerebral ischemia tissue of chronic alcohol drinking rat

Objective To investigate the differences of expression of Fas-L antigen in different time of focal cerebral ischemia between chronic alcohol drinking rats and control ones. Methods 7.2% alcohol was fed freely to rats instead of water for 12 weeks.Focal cerebral ischemia models were made by inserting surgical nylon thread through the internal carotid artery in both alcohol drinking group and control group.Detect Fas-L antigen positive cell by immuno-histochemistry methods.Results In chronic alcohol drinking group,We detected Fas-L antigen positive 1 hour after cerebral ischemia,and at 3rd hour cerebral ischemia reached the maximum,and at 6th hour cerebral ischemic area decreased.In the control group,the expression of Fas-L antigen increased during period of cerebral ischemic time.Conclusion The expression of Fas-L antigen after cerebral ischemia in chronic drinking group is more violence than that of control group,and lets the apoptosis cell necrotize rapidly.
