| 摘 要： | 目的：分析神经节细胞瘤的CT和MRI表现．材料与方法：神经节细胞瘤9例均经手术病理证实，所有病例均做CT平扫加增强；8例病人做MRI，其中4例做MRI增强。结果：CT上均显示为边缘清楚的卵园形肿块，其中3例低密度（CT值＜20Hu），4例中等密度，2例混杂囊实性密度。2例有点状及粗大钙化．8例行MRI检查，均表现为T1WI低信号，T2Wi高信号。结论：神经节细胞瘤典型的CT表现为低密度和点状钙化，在MRI上T1WI呈低信号，T2WI为高信号，MRI增强扫描．T1WI有不同程度的强化。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate CT and MRI findings in ganglionic neuromas Materials and Methods: 9 Cases with ganglionic neuromas were comfirmed by surgical and pathological findings. all cases were examined with CT plain and enhancement scanning; 8 Cases of them with MRI and four cases with MRI enhacement. Results: It was shoued in CT that all Cases had clearlyoval mass. 3 Cases of them were low intensity (CT scale<20Hu), 4 cases middle intensity, 2 cases consolidation with oval cyst and 2 cases spot and mass calium. 8 cases were examined with MRI- They all showed low singa1s in T1WI and high singals in T2WI. Couclusion: ganglionic neuroma showed low intensity and spot calicum in CT. T1WI imaging Wal low singal; T2WI high singal in MRI. MRI enhancement scanning has different extent potentiation in T1WI. |
