| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效.方法:椎动脉型颈椎病人55例,采取静脉点滴化瘀通脉液及手法治疗,观察患者治疗前后的颈椎X线及经颅多普勒的改变.结果:治疗后患者颈椎X线及经颅多普勒的检查较治疗前均有明显改变,且有显著差异.结论:中西医结合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有很好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of the CSA.Methods:55 cases of the CSA were treated by iv drip HuaYuTongMaiYe and manipulative therapy.The curative effects of cervical X ray and trancranial color dopple(TCD) were compared by oservation.Results:There was significant different in cervical Xray and TCD.Conclusions:There was curative effect in treatment of CSA by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, |
