| 摘 要： | 回顾性分析17例血管损伤的血管造影表现,其中6例作了血管栓塞术。血管造影不仅能明确血管损伤的部位、状况及程度,对决定治疗有指导价值,还可了解实质脏器的损伤与否。急性损伤时,血管造影可见造影剂显影中断、血管模糊与造影剂外渗,但其外渗程度与临床现象并不相符,也不能预示后果;慢性损伤期多表现为假性动脉瘤。对合适的血管损伤,尤为盆腔与髂、股部者栓塞术的效果比手术为好。

| Abstract: | The arteriographic features of 17 vascular traumatic cases had been analyzed retrospectiely (Including 6 cases of embolization).Arteriography not only can demonstrate the precise site, status and extent of the injured vessels but also is valuable for whether surgical intervention or conservative management should be taken.Further more the arteriography can show the condition of the parenchyma of the involved organs.Arteriography in acute cases revealed the interruption and blurring of the injured arteries accompanied by extravasation of the contrast medium.The extent of the extravasation was not relevant to the clinical signs and prognosis.In chronic cases pseudoaneurysm formation was always the major manifestation.Laparotomy without arteriography often caused fatal bleeding.Therefore percutaneous transcather embolization is the preferable method of choice for suitable cases especially for the injuried arteries of the pelvic, iliac and thigh areas. |
