肾上腺少见肿瘤的超声表现

目的探讨肾上腺少见肿瘤的超声声像图特征，提高对该类疾病的认识水平。方法收集18例经手术和病理证实的肾上腺少见肿瘤，对其超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果神经鞘瘤5例，均呈低回声，其中4例伴囊性无回声区；畸胎瘤4例，内部混杂细密点状高回声和强回声；血管瘤4例，其中2例内部呈混合性回声伴散在点状强回声，另2例呈低回声；Castleman病3例，内部呈低回声，边界清晰，团块后方回声增强；淋巴管血管瘤2例，其中1例呈分叶状内部为低回声，另1例内部呈囊性无回声，边缘可见条状强回声。结论超声对肾上腺少见肿瘤定位及定性提示有一定价值，结合超声表现与l临床及其它影像学检查，可提高肾上腺少见肿瘤术前诊断的准确性。

Sonographic appearance of rare adrenal neoplasms

Objective To evaluate the ultrasonographic characteristic appearance of rare adrenal tumors, in order to im prove the recognition of these tumors. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the sonographic features of 18 cases with rare tumors of adrenal gland confirmed by surgery and pathology. Results Five cases of schwannoma were hypoechoic, which were accompanied by cystic areas in 4 cases. In four cases of teratoma, US showed lesions of heterogeneous echoge nicity and echogenic components consistent with fat and calcification. 4 cases were hemangioma, of which two cases were hypoechoic, and the other 2 cases were mixed eehogenicity with speckled calcification throughout the entire neoplasm. Three cases of Castleman disease were shown as well-defined hypoechoic mass with posterior enhancement. 2 cases were lymphangiohemangioma, of which one case was presented as a lobulated hypoechoic mass, the other one was a cyst with peripheral and curvilinear calcification. Conclusion Ultrasonography is useful for orientation an diagnosis of rare adrenal tumors. The US findings, combined with clinical and other radiological information, can lead to a correct diagnosis preop eratively in rare adrenal neoplasms.
