| 摘 要： | 目的探讨十二指肠乳头周围憩室对胆系结石的影响。方法回顾性分析256层CT上腹部检查患者572例，对明确诊断为十二指肠憩室患者62例、胆系结石患者220例的影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果在62例十二指肠乳头周围憩室，510例十二指肠乳头周围无憩室患者中，憩室患者胆系结石发生率明显高于无憩室患者（49例79．0％、171例33．5％，P〈O．01）。结论十二指肠乳头周围憩室对胆系结石的发生有重要影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the affection of biliary stones about juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula. Methods The data of 572 patients with 256-slice Helical Computed Tomography （MSCT） scanning about abdominal examination were analyzed retrospectively. Then, we retrospectively analyzed the imaging data in 62 cases with juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula and 220 cases with biliary stones. Results Of 62 cases of juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula and 510 cases without juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula, the incidence of biliary stones in juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula is higher than that without diverticula. Conclusion Juxtapapillary duodenal diverticula has an important effect on biliary stones. |
