| 摘 要： | 49例小儿急性黄疸型肝炎的特异性血清学检查结果表明:甲型肝炎37例(75.5％),甲乙型肝炎病毒重叠感染9例(18.4％),乙型肝炎1例(2％)。肝功能检查除 SGPT 恢复正常天数多于甲型肝炎,其余均无明显差异。

| Abstract: | 49 cases of children acute jaundic hepatitis were examined with special serological method.The results suggested that 37 of them were hepatitis A (75%),9 superinfection of the HBV,HAV (18.4%),and 1 case hepatitis B.The examination of their liver-function showed that there was no ob- vious difference between hepatitis 13 and hepatitis A except that it took a longer time of SGPT with hepatitis B to recover than that with hepatitis |
