人性化服务对男性护士的需求

构建和谐社会必须树立以人为本的思想,开展整体护理需要推行人性化服务,而针对不同性别开展的个性化服务将成为必然趋势,男性护士的缺乏制约了个性化护理服务的开展。通过调查了解患者对男性护士的需求状况,分析男护士的现状及其缺乏的原因,提出相应对策以利于提高护理管理水平,从而推进整体护理工作深入开展。

Humanity nursing: the demands on male nurses

To establish a harmonious society, the idea of people-oriented must be built up. To develop holistic nursing, the humanity nursing services must be carried out. In this view, individualized nursing based on the difference of gender would become the difficulty and the short of male nurses would restrict its development. The demands of patients on male nurses were investigated and the reasons of the male nurse shortage were analyzed in this article. To improve the nursing management level and advance the holistic nursing, correspond- ing countermeasures were brought forward as well.
