| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与男性糖尿病的相关性。方法采用免疫透射比浊法定量检测2型糖尿病患者119例(其中男性81例,女性38例)、健康对照组100例血清hs-CRP水平。结果Hs-CRP在男性糖尿病组为37.11 mg/L,女性糖尿病组为12.96 mg/L,健康对照组为0.81 mg/L,与健康对照组及女性糖尿病组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论Hs-CRP与男性糖尿病发生关系密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between serum highly sensitive CRP and male with diabetes.Method The immunity transmission turbidity method was used in quantitative determination of serum highly sensitive CRP in 119 type 2 diabetics patients(81 males and 38 females) and 100 healthy subjects served as controls.Result The serum highly sensitive CRP of the male diabetics group was 37.11mg/l,while the female diabetics group was 12.96mg/l,and the healthy control group was 0.81mg/l;in contrast to the healthy control group and the female diabetics group,the male diabetics group showed significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion The serum highly sensitive CRP is closely associated with the male diabetes. |
