我院学科建设的认识和实践

始终坚持“以学科建设引领医院全面发展”,医院取得了长足进步。在学科建设中,一是抓好重点学科,带动一般学科共同发展;二是夯实学科基础,发挥人才队伍的群体效应;三是发挥教学作用,统筹医教研整体协调发展;四是整合学科资源,组建以疾病为纽带的诊治中心;五是优化公共资源,完善学科发展的支撑条件。

Knowledge and practice of subject construction in our hospital

Considerable progress was made in our hospital by consistently following the principle of "leading the overall deveopment of hospital by subject construction". During the course of subject construction, five points should be emphasized. Firstly, pay special attention to the key subject and promote the common development of general subjects. Sceondly, reinforce the foundation of subject and make the personnel play their group effect. Thirdly, exert the role of teaching and arrange the coordinated develep-ment of medical teaching and research. Fourthly, integrate subject resources and construct diagnosis and treatment center linked by disease. Fifthly, optimize the public resources and improve the conditions for supporting the subject development.
