| 摘 要： | 目的：建立了利巴韦林片的含量RP—HPLC方法。方法：采用DimnonsilC18（250ram×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，水为流动相，检测波长：207nm。结果：利巴韦林浓度在20．168～80．672μg／ml范围内，峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．90％，RSD=0．86％（n=9）。结论：本法测定利巴韦林片含量，方法简便、快速、结果准确，专属性好，适用于利巴韦林及其制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of ribavifin. Methods： A RP - HPLC method was developed. The Chromatographic condition included a Diamousil C18 column with the mobile phase of water.＇ The UV detection wavelength was set at 207 nm. Results：The linearity of piracetmn was shown in the range of 20. 168 ～ 80. 672 μg/ml （ r = 0.9999）. The recovery rate was 99.90% with RSD being 0.86% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion： This simple and reliable method is applied to determine ribavirin tablets and its relevant substances and can be used to control ribavirin and its preparations. |
