影响妇科疾病的产科因素分析

目的:探讨产科因素对妇科疾病的影响,降低妇科疾病发病率,提高妇女健康水平。方法:2001年济南铁路局女职工在该院进行妇女病普查,随机抽取2038例资料,就影响妇科疾病的产科因素进行分类统计学分析。结果:孕次增加,宫体炎和子宫肌瘤发病率也增加;流产次数增加,宫体炎和子宫肌瘤发病率亦增加;自然分娩方式可使宫颈炎、宫体炎、子宫肌瘤发病率升高;带IUD可使宫颈炎发病率升高;年龄越小宫颈炎发病率越高,年龄越大附件炎和子宫肌瘤发病率越高;而附件炎高发年龄在31~41岁,子宫肌瘤是31~46岁最高,51岁有所下降。结论:产科因素可使妇科疾病发病率升高,因此搞好计划生育,严格分娩和流产中的无菌操作是预防妇科疾病重要措施。

Analysis of the affection of the obstetrics factors to the gynecologic diseases

Objective:To research the affection of obstetrics factors to the gynecologic diseases for decreasing the incidence of gynecologic diseases,strenghening the women's health.Methods:The cases of 2 038 women of Jinan Railway Bureau who were checked-up for gynecologic diseases in 2001 were analysed with statistics to thc affected factors of the gynecologic diseases.Results:The more number of pregnancy was,the more endometritis and leiomyoma of uterus was suffered from,as well as the more number of abortion,the incidence of cervicitis,endometritis and leiomyoma of uterus increased.IUD contraception increased the incidence of cervicitis;the lower age was,the more higher incidence of cervicitis was suffered from;while the higher age was,the higher incidence of annexitis and leiomyoma of uterus was suffered from.Conclusion:The obstetrics factors increase the incidence of gynecologic diseases.It is an important measure to do family planning and to strengthen bacteria-free operation in labor and abortion.
