碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡36例

目的 探讨碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效.方法 对角膜溃疡面进行清创,5%碘酊小病灶早期烧灼,或大病灶的中晚期烧灼,一般不超过三次.氟康唑结膜下注射,加频点眼,加强散瞳,素高捷眼膏涂患眼.重症患者加服消炎痛.结果 36例(36只眼)治疗9～30天,痊愈32例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%.结论 碘酊烧灼联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜溃疡取得满意效果,值得推广.

Iodine Cautery and Fluconazole Treating 36 Cases of Mycotic Corneal Ulcer

Objective To study the effect of iodine tincture cautery and Fluconazole on treating fungal corneal ulcer. Methods The clinical symptoms of 36 cases (36eyes) of fungal corneal ulcer were up to the diagnostic standard. Hyphae or sporonts were found on the mycotic scraps, debridement was given to the corneal ulcer, 5% iodine tincture was used for the small focus in early cautery, or for the big focus in middle or late cautery for less than 3 times. Fluconazole was injected under the adnata, frequently dropping, strengthening mydri asis. Solcoseryl paste was smeared on the eyes. And the serious patients used Indomethacin addionally. Results After 9-30 days of treatment, among 36 eyes, 32 eyes were cured, 2 eyes were effective, the other two were not effective. The total effective rate was 94.44%. Conclusion Iodine tincture cautery and Fluconazole treating fungal corneal ulcer can obtain satisfactory effect, which is worth popularizing.
