| 摘 要： | 目的通过研究中医情志护理对急性脑梗死患者心理状态的影响，改善患者的不良情绪。方法选择2006年8月-2007年5月在我院住院的急性脑梗死患者30例，应用中医辨证施护理论，采用中医情志相胜法对患者进行心理干预，于干预前、干预1周及干预3周后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行评定。结果干预1周后患者HAMD评分较干预前有所下降，干预3周后，HAMD评分有明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论运用中医情志护理能明显改善患者的不良情绪，同时通过良好的人际沟通，能激发患者积极面对疾病，主动参与功能锻炼，对促进疾病康复有积极意义。
