实施DOTS策略前后农民结核病防治知识知晓率调查

目的了解现代结核病控制策略(DOTS)实施以来泰州市农民结核病防治知识的知晓情况,探讨农村结核病防治的工作重点和对策。方法用分层整群抽样的方法,对泰州市部分乡镇的农民进行结核病防治知识的匿名问卷调查,并将调查结果与2000年情况进行比较。结果被调查人群中,有96.2%的被调查者听说过肺结核病;仅6.4%的人不知道肺结核有传染性;有44.8%的人知道结核病是可以治愈的;18.7%的人不知道结核病是否可以预防。结论农民结核病防治知识的知晓率较实施DOTS策略前的2000年有明显上升趋势。DOTS策略的实施促进了结核病防治的宣传和健康教育,提高了农民群众对结核病防治知识的了解和认识程度。

Investigation on Knowledge Rate of Tuberculosis Prevention and Treatment before and after DOTS Implementation among Peasants

Objective To learn the knowledge rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among peasants in Taizhou after DOTS implementation,and to explore the emphasis and strategies of tuberculosis prevention and treatment in rural area.Methods After stratified cluster sampling,the peasants in some counties of Taizhou were investigated by questionnaire on tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge.Results were compared with that in 2000.Results 96.2% peasants heard of tuberculosis.Only 6.4% did not know that tuberculosis is infectious.44.8% knew that tuberculosis is curable.18.7% did not know that tuberculosis is preventable.Conclusion Compared with that in the 2000 before DOTS implementation,now the knowledge rate of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among peasants has risen markedly.The implementation of DOTS promotes the propagandas and health education on tuberculosis prevention and treatment,which improves the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment among peasants.
