| 摘 要： | 结合近年来具有代表性的公立医院法人治理结构完善及治理模式研究的相关文献,对诸多学者就该问题的研究内容和成果进行分析梳理和总结,比较了理事会模式、托管制模式、公益法人治理模式、民营化模式等相关治理模式及实践经验,并结合当前医改的背景提出了些许看法。

| Abstract: | Based on the literature of public hospital＇s corporate governance structure,the research results were summarized and analyzed. Combined with the background of health care system reform,the experiences of different corporate governance structure modes such as board,trusteeship,public interest corporate governance mode and privatization were compared. |
