盐酸戊乙奎醚对先天性心脏病患儿心肺转流期间细胞因子的影响

摘    要:目的:研究盐酸戊乙奎醚对行心肺转流(CPB)术患儿细胞因子的影响。方法:60例先天性心脏病患儿分为P1组(术前给药)、P2组(术前、术后均用药)和C组(术前用阿托品)。不同时段测定细胞因子;术后观察唾液分泌物及胸片。结果:CPB后3组炎症细胞因子生成明显增加,但P1、P2组显著低于C组(P<0.05);P2组分泌物和肺炎发生率显著低于P1和C组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚能有效抑制炎症细胞因子的释放,减轻CPB后的肺部炎症。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of penehyclidine on the level of cytokines in infants with congenital heart disease undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS:A total of 60 children with congenital heart disease(CHD)were divided into three groups:Group P1(intramuscularly injected with penehyclidine before operation),Group P2(intramuscularly injected with penehyclidine before and after operation),and Group C(intramuscularly injected with atropine before operation).The levels of cytokine were determined at different time.Postoperative salivary secretion and X-ray of chest were observed.RESULTS:After CPB,the levels of the inflammatory cytokine in all the three groups were significantly higher,with those in Group P1 and P2 significantly lower than in Group C(P<0.05).The postoperative salivary secretion and pneumonia incidence rate in Group P2 were significant lower than in the other groups(Group P1 and Group C)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Penehyclidine effectively suppressed the release of inflammatory cytokines and attenuated inflammatory reaction and pneumonia after in patients after CPB.
