摘    要:有着60多年历史的天津医科大学总医院在激烈的市场竞争中,始终保持在天津市医疗卫生系统中处于中心地位,其根本的原因就是制定并实施医院品牌发展战略.本文从医院发展战略、强化品牌意识、质量管理为打造品牌提供可靠保障和更新服务观念拓展新市场四个方面介绍了该院在医院品牌发展战略方面的经验.

Abstract:The General Hospital of Tianjin Medical Science University , in serious marketing competition, has maintained the center position in Tianjin medical/health field for more than 60 years. The main reason is this Hospital has planned and carried out a brand development strategy. This article introduces the experiences of the General Hospital in brand developing from four aspects. The fore aspects are hospital development strategy, raising brand awareness, quality management and renewing service outlook. The purpose of this is to expand and widen medical market.
