| 摘 要： | 目的评价凉血解毒汤治疗白疕血热证的临床疗效、安全性及对血清炎症因子所产生的影响。方法对41例患者采用随机、单盲(病人)、对照的研究方法。治疗组(18例)采用凉血解毒汤,对照组(23例)采用医师自拟方,分别治疗8周,进行疗效判定及安全性检测;采用放免法测定治疗前后银屑病患者血清白介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α水平,采用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定血清白介素2、白介素8、可溶性白细胞介素2受体、干扰素含量。结果治疗后两组皮损的PASI评分均较治疗前降低,两组患者临床疗效比较无统计学差异(P0.05),治疗组总有效率为76.5%,对照组总有效率为82.6%;两组均未见确切的不良反应。两组治疗后较治疗前IL-6、TNF-α、sIL-2R、IL-8、IFN-γ水平均降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01),两组治疗后较治疗前IL-2水平均降低,但两组内和组间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论凉血解毒汤对寻常型银屑病血热证安全有效,而且能够下调IL-6、TNF-α、sIL-2R、IL-8、IFN-γ水平。
