摘    要:目的:探讨Mg^2+对脑缺血早期神经元保护机制。方法:利用阻塞胡防中动脉制造局灶性脑缺血模型,观察缺血后Mg^2+对海马区谷氨酸含量的影响,利用透射电镜观察Mg^2+对海马CA1区神经元超微结构的影响。结果:大剂量Mg^2+可显著降低Glu含量,且能减轻缺血后海马CA1区神经元的损害。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the protective machanism of magnesium(Mg 2 ) on the neuron of early stage after focal cerebral ischemia.Methods:The model of focal cerebral ischemia by occluding middle artary in rats was used to investigate the effects of Mg 2 on volume of glutamate in hippocampal and the microstructure of hippocampal CA 1 neuron.Results:Mg 2 could significantly decrease the volume of glutamate in hippocampal and attenuate the damage of neuron.Conclusion:Mg 2 may protect the neuron by reducing the volume of glutamate.
