| 摘 要： | Nephrin是肾小球裂孔膜上发现的第一个跨膜蛋白,在维持肾小球滤过屏障完整性及其正常功能过程中起关键作用。糖尿病肾病是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,糖尿病情况下nephrin表达和功能异常,使肾滤过膜结构与屏障功能完整性破坏,参与糖尿病肾小球硬化和蛋白尿的产生。进一步深入研究nephrin结构、功能及其影响因素等,有助于更好了解糖尿病肾病的发病机制,并对其诊断和治疗有重要的指导意义。
