| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of atorvastain on endothelin-1(ET-1) and nitric oxide(NO) in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to a control group(n=45) and a treatment group(n=45).Two groups were given conventional treatment.The treatment group was treated with atorvastain at same time.After 2 month treatment,the efficacy for angina pectoris was evaluated.The levels of plasma ET-1 and NO were examined... |
