脑动脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗

目的探讨血管内介入栓塞治疗在脑动脉瘤治疗中的应用价值。方法2004年8月～2008年3月,我院对19例经全脑血管造影证实的脑动脉瘤患者行介入栓塞治疗,栓塞材料采用GDC或DCS（铂金弹簧圈）,其中4例宽瘤颈动脉瘤采用血管内球囊辅助技术（Remodeling technique）或血管内支架（Neuroform）置入后行介入栓塞治疗,介入手术17例在全麻下进行,2例在局麻下进行。结果19例脑动脉瘤,18例成功栓塞,成功率达94.7%;失败1例,占5.3%;栓塞过程中动脉瘤破裂2例,占15.3%,破裂的脑动脉瘤均继续行栓塞并治疗成功;动脉瘤栓塞术后造成轻偏瘫2例,占10.5%;术中无死亡病例。结论脑动脉瘤介入栓塞治疗成功率高,术后并发症少,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Endovascular embolization of intracranial aneurysms

Objective: To explore the value of endovascular interventional therapy in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm.
