摘    要:目的 探索有效的糖尿病健康教育方式,提高对糖尿病患者的健康教育质量.方法 将192例糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各96例.对照组患者接受常规健康教育;为实验组患者制订糖尿病健康教育路径表,并结合患者实际配以具体的健康教育目标,以目标教学法配合临床路径实施健康教育.比较2组健康教育效果.结果 实验组健康教育知识掌握情况的优良率、对护理服务的总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者入院8 d后的血糖控制优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论目标教学法配合临床路径是一种有效的糖尿病健康教育方式.

Abstract:Objective To explore effective health education methods about diabetes mellitus and increase the health education qulity for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Patients with diabetes mellitus(192 cases)were divided into the test group and the control group with 96 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education.Health education pathway inventory was established for patients in the test group.The concrete aim of health education was considered and objective teaching method was used combined with clinical pathway.The health education effect was compared in the two groups.Results The excellent rate of health education knowledge and total satisfactory rate with nursing service in the test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood slucose control in the test group Wag better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Objective teaching method combined with clinical pathway proved to be an effective health education method for diabetes mellitus.
