摘    要:目的:探讨在B超引导下应用塞丁格技术经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的临床应用效果,解决无法在直视下直接穿刺置入PICC管患者的置管方法。方法:改良塞丁格技术配合超声引导PICC置管将临床上凭经验的盲目穿刺变为可视穿刺,极大地提高了穿刺的成功率和安全性,降低了置管后静脉炎、静脉血栓的发生率。结果:患者对改良塞丁格技术配合超声引导PICC置管的应用满意度达100%。结论:B超引导下应用塞丁格技术行PICC置管,成功率高,并发症少,安全可靠。

Discussion and analysis of the application of cetin lattice technology in PICC under B ultrasonic guidance

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical application of B ultrasound guided Cetin grid technology of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC), to direct puncture into HCC tube for patients with indwelling tube method. Methods.a modified Cetin grid technology with ultrasound guided PICC tube can change the ex- perience--based clinical blind puncture into visible puncture, greatly improve the success rate and safety of punc- turing ,reduce the incidence rate of catheter phlebitis and venous thrombosis. Results: Patients' satisfaction on the improvement of Cetin grid technology with ultrasound guided PICC tube indwelling is 100%. Conclusion: B ultrasound guided application of Cetin lattice technology in PICC tube has high success rate with fewer com- plications,and is safe and reliable as well.
