藏灵菇发酵乳对D-半乳糖衰老小鼠脑组织抗衰老机制研究

摘    要:目的:通过对小鼠腹腔注射D—gal制造衰老模型小鼠。方法:用藏灵菇发酵乳对小鼠进行灌胃处理,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法,TBA反应比色法,测定小鼠脑组织中总超氧化物歧化酶(T—SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性,丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化,进一步研究藏灵菇发酵乳的抗氧化抗衰老作用及其机理。结果:发现藏灵菇发酵乳能极显著提高D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠脑组织T—SoD活性,显著提高GSH-Px活性,极显著降低MDA的含量。结论:证明藏灵菇发酵乳具有显著清除衰老小鼠脑组织氧自由基能力,提高抗氧化酶活性,抑制小鼠脑自由基从而发挥抗衰老作用。

Study on the anti--aging mechanism of Tibetan Kefir fermented milk on D-- galactose aging mice brain tissue

Abstract:Objective: Through the establishment of D--gal induced subacute senile mouse model. Methats: Given Tibetan Kefir fermented milk gastric lavage treatment, to determine the total superoxide dismutase(T-- SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-- Px) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content changes in brain tissue of mice, and further study antioxidant effect and its mechanism of Tibetan Kefir fermentation milk. Results: The results showed that Tibetan Kefir of fermented milk can significantly improve D-- galactose induced aging mice brain tissue T--SOD activity, significantly increase the GSH--Px activity, decreased significantly the content of MDA. Conclusion: It has been proved that Tibetan Kefir fermented milk has a significant effect on scaveng- ing oxygen free radicals in brain tissue of aging mice, improving the antioxidant enzyme activity, and inhibiting mouse brain free radical so as to play the anti--aging role.
