摘    要:目的:了解降压药物的临床应用情况,探讨降压药物临床用药的特点、选用规律、倾向及合理性。方法:抽取某三甲医院2008年1~11月的第一诊断为原发性高血压住院病历310份,对患者的临床特点、使用降压药物的影响因素进行统计分析。结果:极高危患者最多,占95.16%。大多数患者有合并症。药物使用频率较高的是钙拮抗药,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断药和B-受体阻断药。大部分联合用药,占91.94%。降压药物使用受患者个体状况、药物作用特点、不良反应、相互作用、循证医学证据等多种因素影响。结论:该院降压药物使用注重个体化原则,使用基本合理,与指南相符。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate antihypertensive drugs utilization in clinic and explore its characteristics, regularity, tendency and rationality. Method :310 history cases of inpatients with the first diagnosis as essential hypertension were taken in a third-grade A-class hospital from January to November of 2008. Their clinical characteristics, uses and factors were statistically analyzed. Result:The ultra-high-risk patients were the most, accounting for 95.16%. The majority had their complications. The usage frequency of CCB was the highest,next came ARB and the third rank was β-blocks. The drug combination therapy was the majority, accounting for 91.94%. Antihypertensive drugs utilization was affected by such factors as individual, action characters of drug, adverse reaction, drug interaction and evidence of evidence-based medicine. Conclusion:The hospital paid attention to individual management of the utilization of antihypertensive drugs, which was rational and in accordance with their guidelines.
