HCV基因型和HCVRNA检测在丙型肝炎病毒母婴传播中的意义

从流行病学角度来探讨丙肝病毒母婴垂直传播的可能性 ,并探讨此传播途径在丙肝流行中的作用。利用 RT- nested PCR方法检测感染率和基因分型 ,采用双脱氧链终止法测定 HCV- PCR产物序列。抗 - HCV阳性 45例母血中 HCV- RNA阳性 38例 (84.44% )。抗 - HCV阳性 30例脐血中 HCV- RNA阳性 1 4例 (46.67% ) ,这 1 4例抗 - HCV阳性的母婴 HCV- RNA均阳性 ,1 4对母婴的基因分型完全一致。以上结果可以表明母婴垂直传播是 HCV感染的一个途径

Significance of HCV genotype and HCVRNA detection in mother-to-infants transmission of Hepatitis C Virus

To study the probability of mother to infants transmission of Hepatitis C Virus from epidemiology aspect and evaluate the effect of transmission way in the prevalence of Hepatitis C. Infection rate and genotype were detected with RT nested PCR, HCV PCR sequence was detected with double deoxidation chain terminal method. Of 45 cases anti HCV positive, 38 cases were HCV RNA positive (84.44%). Of 30 case blood anti HCV positive, 14 cases were HCV RNA positive (46.67%). The mother to infants HCV RNA of these 14 cases anti HCV positive were all positive as well as their genotypes were unanimous. The results showed that mother-to-infant transmission is a way of HCV infection.
