| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血液标本采集的相关因素对生化检验结果的影响。方法以近期在本院住院患者的血液标本为研究对象，分别从血液采集的部位、血液采集时间及送检时间、标本溶血方面对生化检验结果的影响进行分析探讨。结果血液采集部位、血液采集时间及送检时间、标本溶血均对生化检验结果具有显著性的影响（P〈0．05）。结论正确采集血液标本是获得准确、可靠生化检验结果的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of blood samples collected relevant factors on biochemical inspection re- suits. Methods Selected 200 samples in our hospital. Analysis the influence of blood collection site, acquisition time, inspec- tion time and hemolysis on inspection results. Results The influence of blood collection site, acquisition time ,inspection time and hemolysis on inspection results has statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Correct blood collection method is the key to obtain accurate and reliable inspection results. |
