左金丸合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床研究

目的：探讨左金丸合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2OO9-2O11年收治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者8O 例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组4O 例，采用西医常规治疗；观察组4O 例，采用左金丸合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗。比较两组患者临床改善总有效率、治疗前后24h 胆汁反流总时间及反流次数等。结果观察组患者临床改善总有效率（92.5%）高于对照组（72.5%），差异有统计学意义（P〈 O. O5）；两组患者治疗后24h 胆汁反流总时间和胆汁反流次数均少于治疗前，且观察组患者改善程度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）。结论左金丸合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎可有效缓解临床症状，减少胆汁反流程度。

Clinical Efficacy of Zuojin Pill Combined with Chaihushugan Powder in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of Zuojin pill combined with Chaihushugan powder in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods 8O patients with bile reflux gastritis were chosen in the period from 2OO9 to 2O11 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups,including control group（4O patients）with routine treatment of western medi-cine and observation group（4O patients）with Zuojin pill combined with Chaihushugan powder;The clinical improving efficien-cy,total time of bile reflux and reflux times in 24h before and after treatment of both groups were compared. Results The clin-ical improving efficiency of observation group（92. 5% ）were better than control group（72. 5% ）,the difference was statisti-cally significant（P 〈 O. O5）. The total time of bile reflux and reflux times in 24h after treatment of both groups were better than before treatment,and the total time of bile reflux and reflux times in 24h after treatment of observation group were significantly better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 O. O5 ）. Conclusion Zuojin pill combined with Chaihushugan powder treating bile reflux gastritis can efficiently improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the degree of bile reflux.
