胃镜直视下治疗上消化道出血临床疗效观察

目的探讨胃镜直视下治疗上消化道出血的临床治疗效果。方法将144例上消化道出血患者随机分为试验组与对照组各72例。对照组患者口服止血药物治疗,试验组在胃镜直视下喷洒药物进行止血,治疗后观察2组临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率为91.67%高于对照组的80.94%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对上消化道出血患者采用胃镜下喷洒药物进行止血,能有效地提高治疗效果,并且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of under gastroscope to look straight in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical to look straight curative effect under gastroscope in treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 144 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal to look straight hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each of 77 cases. Control group was given with oral hemostatic drug; Treatment group was treated with spray medicine under gastroscope to stop the bleeding. After treatment,observed the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 91. 67% higher than 80. 94% of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by spraying medication under gastroscope to stop bleeding can effectively improve the effect and no adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
