不同方案治疗肺结核的疗效比较

目的 探讨不同方案治疗肺结核的临床疗效.方法 随机选取我院2011年5月-2012年5月收治的22例肺结核患者为观察组,选取2010年5月-2011年5月收治的肺结核患者22例为对照组,对照组采用标准短程化疗方案2HRZS/4HR,治疗组患者采用吡嗪酰胺联合标准化疗方案,并观察两组患者治疗结果.结果 治疗6个月后,治疗组22例患者中阴转率为90.90%,病灶吸收率为86.36%,均高于对照组的痰菌阴转率72.73%和病灶吸收率63.64%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组4例患者发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为18.18%,对照组有5例发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为22.72%;两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 临床对肺结核患者实施吡嗪酰胺联合标准化疗方案治疗有效率高,不良反应少,效果显著,值得临床推广使用.

Comparison of the Efficacy of Different Treatment Regimens for Tuberculosis

Objective To explore the impact on the prevention and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in clinical pulmonary tuberculosis drugs adverse reactions.Methods To choose our hospital in May 2011-May 2012 of 22 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were admitted to observation group,in May 2010-May 2011 of 22 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis patients were admitted to control group,the control group using standard short course chemotherapy program 2HRZS/4HR,the treatment group were treated with pyrazinamide combined with standard chemotherapy,and observe treatment outcomes of two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,22 patients in the treatment group negative rate was 90.90%,the lesions absorption rate of86.36%,were higher than the 72.73% and 63.64% of the control group,the difference was statistically significance（P＜0.05）.The treatment group had in 4 patients adverse reactions,adverse reactions was 18.18%,the control group had 5 cases of adverse reactions,adverse reaction rate was 22.72%;Incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Clinical implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in combination with standard chemotherapy in the treatment pyrazinamide effective rate,fewer adverse reactions,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical use.
