2型糖尿病患者检测糖化血红蛋白的临床意义研究

目的：探讨2型糖尿病（ T2DM）患者检测血糖化血红蛋白（ HbA1c ）的临床意义。方法选择2O13年1-8月在本院确诊和治疗的符合2010年美国糖尿病协会制定的糖尿病诊断标准的T2DM患者6O例设为试验组，纳入同期健康体检者6O例设为对照组，检测纳入人群的HbA1c和血脂的水平，对结果进行统计分析。结果试验组患者的HbA1c、TC、TG均高于对照组，HDL-C水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0. O5），LDL-C水平变化不明显，差异无统计学意义（ P〈0.05）。Pearson 相关分析显示，试验组 HbA1c水平与 TG 呈正相关（ r =0.551，P 〈0. O5），HbA1c与TC、HDL-C、LDL-C无相关性（ r=0. 091、-0. 038、0.075，P〉0.05）。结论 T2DM患者血脂水平异常的发生率显著高于健康者，其HbA1c水平与血脂水平之间有一定的相关性，两者联检对T2DM患者的病情诊断、监测、预后等方面有着重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical Significance of Glycosylated Hemoglobin Testing in the Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin（ HbA1c ） testing in the type 2 diabetes. Methods 6O patients with type 2 diabetes for the experimental group and 6O cases healthy check-up for the control group,testing the HbA1c ,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,the results comprehensively were analyzed. Results HbA1c ,TC, TG of experimental group were higher than control group,HDL-C was lower than control group,the differences were statistical-ly significant（P 〈O. O5）,there was no obvious change in LDL -C,the difference was not statistically significant（P 〉O. O5）. There were positively correlated between HbA1c and TG in experimental group（r=O. 551,P〈O. O5）,there were no correlation between HbA1c and TC,HDL-C,LDL-C（r=O. O91,-O. O38,O. O75,P〉O. O5）. Conclusion Incidence rate of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes patients is significantly higher than healthy,there are positively correlation of HbA1c and TG,there are important clinical value by the HbA1c and lipids testing for diagnosis,monitoring and prognosis.
