果酸治疗痤疮的疗效及安全性研究

目的 评价果酸治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性.方法 选择痤疮患者61例随机分为治疗组31例与对照组30例.治疗组采用浓度为20％,35％,50％的果酸治疗,对照组仅外用中药面膜治疗.15周后比较2组患者疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为83.9％,明显高于对照组的60.0％,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.2组患者均无明显不良反应发生.结论 果酸治疗痤疮疗效显著,且安全有效.

Study on the efficacy and safety in treating acne with glycolic acid

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety in treating acne with glycolic acid. Methods 61 cases of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 31 cases and control group with 30 cases. 20% ,35% and 50% concentration of glycolic acid were applied to the treatment group, while mask external application of traditional Chinese medi- cine was applied to the control group. After 15-week treatment,the efficacy and adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results The total efficacy of treating group was 83.87% ,which was apparently higher than that of control group with 60%, the difference was statistically significance （P 〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in the 2 groups. Conclusion Treating acne with glycolic acid can achieve significant curative effect, which is safe and effective.
