慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期APN与IL-6、hs—CRP及WBC的相关性分析

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者血清脂联素（APN）与白细胞介素（IL＆）、白细胞（WBC）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs．CRP）的相关性。方法选择AECOPD患者50例作为观察组和健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法测定APN,IL-6水平，采用免疫比浊法测定hs—ClIP水平。比较2组APN、IL-6、hs—CRP水平。结果观察组IL-6和hs．CRP水平明显高于对照组，APN明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。AECOPD患者的APN6、IL_6、WBC、hs．CRP呈负相关（r=-0．342、-0．352、-0．367，P均〈0．05）。结论AECOPD患者APN与IL-6、WBC、he-CRP水平呈负相关。

The correlation analysis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation APN and IL-6, hs-CRPR,WBC

Objective To study the correlation analysis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerba- tion and Serum adiponectin（APN） ,IL-6,High-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）. Methods Selected 50 cases patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation as observation group. Selected 50 cases healthy subjects as control group. APN and IL-6 was determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, hs-CRP was determined by Immunon- ephelometry. Compared the level of APN,IL-6 and hs-CRP of 2 groups. Results The level of IL-6 and hs-CRP of observation group was higher than that of control group, the level of APN of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. APN of patient of AECOPD and negatively coorrelated with the IL-6 ,WBC, hs-CRP （r = - 0.342, - 0. 352, - 0.367, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The serum levels of APN, hs-CR.P, IL-6 in patients with of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is related with severity of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
