尘肺病患者焦虑、抑郁情况及其影响因素调查

目的 调查分析尘肺病患者的焦虑、抑郁情况及相关的影响因素.方法 跟踪调查某集团公司2005年3月-2013年3月尘肺病患者57例,对患者的焦虑和抑郁情况分别进行评定,同时,对患者出现焦虑和抑郁的相关影响因素进行统计分析.结果 年龄、临床分期、接尘时间、合并症以及文化程度对患者的焦虑与抑郁程度均有一定影响;饮酒和吸烟情况对焦虑和抑郁情况无明显影响.结论 尘肺病患者易出现较明显的焦虑和抑郁情绪,应尽早进行适当的心理干预,以确保临床疗效,改善患者的生命质量.

Factors Affecting the Survey of Anxiety and Depression in Pneumoconiosis Patients

Objective To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of anxiety and depression in pneumoconiosis patients.Methods To investigate 57 pneumoconiosis patients from March 2005 to March 2013,and measure the anxiety and depression.To statistic analysis the related influencing factors of anxiety and depression in pneumoconiosis patients.Results The factors,including ages,clinical stage,touching with dust,complication and degree of education had influence on pneumoconiosis patients,drinking and smorking had no influence.Conclusion Pneumoconiosis patients are apt to anxiety and depression,to be treated with mental intervention early to ensure clinical effect and improve the quality of life.
