中西医结合治疗足月新生儿黄疸的临床疗效研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗足月新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选取本院2O12年12月-2O13年5月收治的足月新生儿黄疸患儿5O 例，随机分成观察组（25例）和对照组（25例），两组均给予常规治疗。观察组在西医治疗的基础上加用菌栀黄口服液，对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌散、光疗等西医治疗。对比分析两组的治疗结果。结果观察组的有效率为96%，对照组的有效率为76%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 O. O5）；观察组的72h 胆红素下降值、胆红素日均下降值均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P 〈 O. O5）。结论治疗足月新生儿黄疸采用中西医结合的治疗方法，可较快地改善患儿临床症状，降低血清胆红素，促进黄疸消退，治疗效果优异，值得在临床推广和应用。

Clinical Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 5O cases of full - term neonatal jaundice in our hospital from December 2O12 to May 2O13,were randomly divided into observation group（25 cases）and control group（25 cases）,two groups were given conven-tional treatment. The observation group was treated with western medicine therapy combined with Yin Zhihuang oral liquid,the control group was treated with Bifid Triple Viable powder,light therapy treatment of Western medicine. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 96% ,the effective rate of control group was 76% , the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 O. O5）;72h decreased bilirubin value,average decrease value of bilirubin in ob-servation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 O. O5）. Conclusion Tradi-tional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which is faster in the improvement of clini-cal symptoms in children,reduce serum bilirubin,promoting jaundice,excellent treatment effect,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
